I live in a flat in the centre of the city. My flat is
in the first floor since I'm afraid of heights... My neighbors are really noisy people. They always make strange noises at the same hour, 3 am approximately.
I talked to the person in charge of the building about the situation, since those strange noises are getting stronger
and stronger every night.
My neighbors just moved to a different floor. They are mad at me and I
heard them say they are all asleep at 10 pm...
I’m on my computer right now, it’s 3:00 am and those noises are getting
closer, stranger and stronger than ever. I was wrong, my neighbors did
not make the noises, they come from somewhere under my flat...
